This Refund Policy applies to all clients of CodekSol ("we", "us", "our"), including clients introduced, referred, or serviced through approved partner firms. By engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

Nature of Our Services

All services provided by CodekSol are professional and digital services. Fees are charged for time, expertise, planning, development, configuration, review, advisory input, and delivery effort.

Once work has commenced, professional value is considered delivered. For this reason, refunds are limited.

No-Refund Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:

  • Work has started, whether completed or partially completed.
  • The client fails to provide requested information within 7 days.
  • Project timelines are impacted due to delayed or incomplete client responses.
  • Deliverables are affected by inaccurate or incomplete client-supplied data.
  • Project scope or instructions are changed after work has begun.
  • The client withdraws after engagement or project start.
  • Third-party, platform, hosting, licensing, or service fees are incurred.
  • Delays arise from lack of client cooperation or approvals.

In all such cases, responsibility remains with the client.

Third-Party Platforms and External Factors

CodekSol is not responsible for delays, failures, rejections, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Third-party software, hosting, or platform issues.
  • System outages, processing delays, or service backlogs.
  • Legacy data issues supplied by the client.
  • Changes in platform policies, technical requirements, or rules.
  • External service provider errors or limitations.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued.
  • Fees already paid remain payable.
  • Any additional or resubmission work may be billed separately.

No Guarantee of Outcome

CodekSol does not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, rankings, acceptance, or performance results unless expressly stated in writing.

Delays or outcomes affected by third-party tools, platforms, or client-provided data do not imply fault or negligence where services were delivered in accordance with agreed scope.

Client Responsibility – 7-Day Rule

Clients must provide requested information, materials, feedback, or approvals within 7 days of our written request (email or secure portal).

Failure to do so may result in paused or rescheduled work, missed milestones or delivery timelines, and additional costs or project impact.

Any consequences arising from delayed or incomplete client response are not refundable.

Partner Firm Services and Liability

Where services are delivered in whole or in part by an approved partner firm with client consent:

  • Responsibility for the work rests solely with the partner firm.
  • CodekSol acts only as a facilitator or introducer.
  • Clients agree not to hold CodekSol liable for partner firm actions, advice, or outcomes.
  • No refunds or claims may be made against CodekSol for partner-provided services.

Discretionary Refunds

Any refund offered by CodekSol is at our sole discretion, limited strictly to unstarted work only, non-precedent setting, and exclusive of administrative, planning, setup, or onboarding time.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Consultation or discovery fees.
  • Setup, onboarding, or configuration fees.
  • Development or customization fees once started.
  • Third-party software, hosting, licensing, or service charges.
  • Any external or platform related fees.

Chargebacks

Clients must contact enquiries@codeksol.io before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services, recovery of outstanding fees, and reporting to payment processors or service providers.
